The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had requested a Chrysler 200 via the Enterprise Rental Car website. When I got to the Vidalia location I was told that there was not a Chrysler 200 available in Vidalia; but, they had a Kia Soul available. I'm 6'4" tall and 300lbs. Did not think I would like the Kia Soul, much less fit into it. However, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Soul handled as I drove from Vidalia to Orlando and back on Interstates and two lane black tops. The price was very competitive. The Kia Soul was very clean and had low mileage. Am glad I did business with Enterprise in Vidalia and look forward to renting from them again.
If you need to rent a vehicle you can't go wrong here.
What I like best about Enterprise is there commitment to customer service, for example if they do not have the car you have requested, they will give you an upgrade not a down grade on you choice of a car. I love to request a mid side car and oops they do not have one left so I get to drive out in a big size car." I am Lovin It"
