Worst place ever! Got my oil changed before a 500 mile journey. After my trip I saw oil and discovered they didn't put the oil cap back on! Called the corporate headquarters and they were no help!
Had brakes & rotors replaced. They broke wheel lugs & overtightened all the others! Made a mess on my car! And now my front end shakes every time I put on the brakes. Can't pay their $ for Meineke to check it out. Wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires now!
I am from out of town. I had new tires put on at this place. I picked up my car at the end of the day. My TPMS light was on but it was too late to do anything about it. I figured thet just needed to be reset. Wheel I got home a few months later I had the TPMS checked and the tires rotated. The TPMS on the right front was broken and my lug nuts were stripped so badly that they had to be replaced. If I had had a flat tire while traveling I would not have been able to change my own tire! NOT a good experience at all!!
