Excellent customer service. Everyone was nice are friendly. I went in for just a consultation and x-rays. After speaking with Jenny(best customer service rep ever) and Dr Williams about my options, I got my braces the same day. The braces process only took about 25 mins. The girl was gentle and nice. She told me how to care for braces and what to eat. I was given a nice bag with a shirt, hat and braces cleaning kit. After getting home, I realized, there was no fluoride paste or any braces care literature. No paperwork other than the bill. I think I would be beneficial to have a braces care packet in the bag, most people can't remember how to brush, floss, and what not to eat during a quick overview. Especially if it's their first time having braces. Somethings tangible to take home and read would help. That was the only issue. The service was great.
