I bought flowers for my sister in law and when they were delivered to her it was not what I ordered. Did not even come close. I was really disappointed and upset. I talked with the owner and he said he was out of town and had someone else working at the shoppe and said that when he got back to the shoppe on Monday he would do her a floral arrangement and deliver it to her. She got the other floral arrangement and they were absolutely beautiful!! I was very happy at the floral arrangement he did for me! He was very nice to me about it and very apologetic for the 1st arrangement delivered to her and he went above and beyond to make me happy! Thank you so much! The 2nd arrangement was very beautiful and I will do business with you and your shoppe again!!
I paid $73 for something their competition would've charged $35. Very disappointed
I ordered flowers for my sister who is a Rehabilitation hospital which is located near Ellis Florist. I ordered the "Make a Wish" arrangement with the deluxe upgrade. The flower arrangement my sister received was not even close to what was shown on their website. The order clearly stated no substitution. I honestly believe I could get the same from any competitor for $35 or less. Besides not being close to what I ordered it was clearly not any way close to being a deluxe arrangement. The delivery was fast and my sister was happy to receive flowers so I will not tell her how disappointed I was with the arrangement. I gave a three star only because they did deliver the flowers fast and my sister did like the arrangement delivered to her. Very disappointed with this purchase from Ellis. Lesson learned here in SC .
