I had an appointment for 1pm...got there at 12:30...sat in the waiting room until 3pm...then went into the back to sit for another 40 minutes... Then when I left, one of the female staff members, I believe her name was Morgan, told me that in order to receive the prescriptions the doctor gave me I would have to pay an additional fee of 30.00. When I told her that I had already paid 85.00 she told me that if I wanted my prescriptions, I would have to pay the 30.00. I had hurt my arm and back, the prescriptions were for my blood pressure meds, some mild muscle relaxers, and pain pills I had told the dr I didn't want...then she rolled her eyes and shoved a post it note in my face with a phone number on it and told me to call that number and take it up with them.. She was very disrespectful and downright rude. I don't like attitude, especially when I'm in pain and this girl was being a jerk.. I'm on a very limited income and her attitude did not make for very good response from me...I don't believe I'll ever go back to that office again...the hospital is closer...and I won't get treated like I'm drug seeking...My biggest question is why do they charge an up front fee, then hit you when you leave for more money?

Wait was a bit longer than what I'm used to for a clinic, but they have a family practice and UC clinic in one so it's expectable. Friendly staff and clinicians.

Most caring staff and doctor that I've ever experienced. Glad to have the urgent care when sick and need a quick visit. Also thankful that I've now found my new primary care doctor here. Will never go anywhere else. It's nice to have finally found a medical facility that honestly cares and treats you like family. I recommend Accordia of Vidalia to everyone.
