Guess the people that work at the Vidalia location would rather get paid for doing nothing. Showed up about a half hour before close, place was dead with 3 employees standing around in the dinning area. They saw me approach and one of the girls rushed to lock the door and turn out the lights.
You'd think a place that isn't that well known would be more eager to take a customers business. Oh well, there are plenty of other places that will.
If I could give Zero stars I would! The workers there are pure LAZY and think they run the store, I ordered a pizza before 9:30 pm Saturday night and a girl answered the phone laughing asking someone "if they wanted to make our pizza or tell them No??" You are suppose to close at 11 -12 ,why are u denying to make my pizza at 9:30pm???? They said they will make it, hung up, and then called RIGHT BACK 3 mins later laughing and said Nevermind we aren't making pizzas anymore tonight, Then someone called back like an HOUR later giggling saying do u still want that pizza?? We said No thanks &ordered elsewhere. It's ridiculous and they didn't tell us their names
The food is always good and hot everytome me and my family eat there. Customer service isn't bad either.
Always a great visit. Staff is polite and welcoming and the food is fresh!
