The premier place to work out, best gym in town. Only place in town that has new equipment, indoor Olympic sized swimming pool, indoor walking track.

I have truly benefited from the aquacise classes. When I started, I was in a wheel chair. After three weeks of classes, I no longer depend on the wheel chair. Praise the LORD!

Great facility! Plenty of Cardio equipment and free weights. Nice indoor pool for swimming. Day care as well.
