Drove all the way from Richmond Hill GA (1 hour and 45 minutes each way) just to do business with Alan Ambrose at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet!! I was looking for a new Silverado Crew Cab Z71 in Deep Ocean Blue. I found a few in my local area Chevy dealers. But... none of them wanted to "truly make a deal". They were trying to keep certain incentives and rebates for them selves and not pass it on to the consumer (me!). A coworker of mine bought the same truck I wanted in another color for Alan Ambrose two weeks prior. He told me of his exceptional experience, and of the outrageous deal he got from Mr. Ambrose. So I made contact with him, told him what I wanted, and low and behold, beat the socks of of the offers from other local dealers. And he beat them by a WHOLE LOT!!. I will, from here forward do business as well as recommend Mr. Alan Ambrose and Paul Thigpen Chevrolet in Vidalia GA!!

I was treated very well by the service department. My truck was serviced in a timely manner. The only problem I have is with the final paperthat you receive at the end of the service. The paper does not show the type or amount of oil used. Other dealerships have a standard form that shows everything, ie mileage, type of oil, name of dealership. Sort of like a letterhead type of form. I feel that your dealership should look into changing your paperwork. That is the only problem I have.
