I had no problem paperwork wise, but about 4 days into me having the car that they actually picked out for me, I was contacted at my job saying I had to give my car back because I was sold the wrong car. Granted the other car was the same model and year, I feel like it wasn't very professional. There was never even an apology for the inconvenience; it was treated as if I had no reason to be upset. It's only been a week and I'm still unsure to if I would refer someone else there.
I love the 2014 Ford escape... James Waters was very helpful with my purchase... He spent lot of his time with me... Going over all the features in the car... We drove up and were immediately met by a wonderful man named Derrick Ryals. He listened to what we wanted and we went right to it after a few questions. We test drive and bought it. We could not have had a better experience.
