I love Sonic but this particular location has the worst service at night, either they mess up my sandwich, give me cold tots, or leave something out all together...I have had to go all the way back too many times to count. It's not even worth it imo
Friendly service, correct items of our order were delivered to our vehicle. The service was a bit slow.
It makes NO Sense how long you have to wait in line. It was only one car in front of me and we waited in line for almost a whole 20mins. I love the food but HATE the customer service. Too slow.
Spent thirty minutes pushing the button at a stall to put an order in. Never got any response. Saw that people in the drive through were being served ahead of me, despite not waiting as long. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge your customers and serve them in the order they arrive.
To top it all off, I was told at the Drive through that there was no sweet tea available.
I love Sonic but today my experience was terrible. First time I've ever had to wait so long to get my order and it want even what I ordered!
