Food is always good, but they seemed more focused on the drive thru and don’t waste your time asking for spicy anything. None ready and don’t even suggest they drop some. Had to wait 30 minutes for shrimp and overheard them asking several times if they were ready yet. Poor management and not in just this facility. Seems to be a company wide issue

Worst service ever tonight. You always have to wait on your food, but tonight it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I reached the window. There was only one vehicle in front of me. When I reached the window the lady repeated my order and the order she repeated was for the car behind me. Took a minute to explain to her what I ordered and then I paid for my order. The window was closed and the waiting began again. Then the manager on duty opened the window and stated did you order, and then repeated a completely different order from the previous two orders mentioned. The manager then came out with a pen and paper to write down each cars order. She informed each person behind me that the reason they were having to wait was because they had to cook my tenders. About the time she completed writing down all of the orders, the window opened and I was handed my food. I asked how long it took to cook my tenders and I was told 3 minutes. That's right, after waiting behind only 1 car and 40 minutes from the time I placed my order I got my order that supposedly takes 3 minutes to cook. It was upsetting to hear the manager tell the 3 cars behind me that they were having to wait on my tenders. Waiting for your "fast food" at popeyes vidalia, ga is common, but I never had to wait and have the service I had tonight.
6 p.m. no chicken. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and the manager acted as if I had asked for her first born. She explained that they had just dropped chicken for the drive through orders and as soon as that came up she'd drop more for my order. Too worried about left overs if you stop cooking chicken until it's ordered this early in the evening. NOT fast food.
The time was around 6pm. The food was good, but it took probably around 20 minutes to get our food. There was only one other person in line ahead of us. The manager on duty looked frazzled, wasn't friendly, but probably because her workers didn't seem to have the food prepared. The customer in front of us had to wait about 10 minutes for her apple pie. I had to wait about 10 minutes for red beans and rice, and the Smokey boneless wings. It just didn't seem like they were organized at all.
