Place was clean and food was good. Staff seemed kinda disorganized. Cashier told my wife there was a sweet and sour sauce choice but ment sweet and spicy. And when watching staff they just seemed kinda blah about there job if that makes any sense
Love love love everything, there's entertainment, many flavor choices for drinks, I never seen that many and those kinds of drink flavors in a restaurant in the fountain machine ever... I love it! I didn't have to say one thing though but don't let this ruin your choice to go here, but their fries and chicken tenders have too much seasoning salt on them and it ruins the flavor of the french fry and chicken, which I love chicken so I hate it when they ruined it with way too much seasoning salt, and one more thing one of the employees was chatting with his guy friends not sweeping the lobby or wiping down tables or checking on the customers like he was supposed to. Anyways other than those 2 things the place was awesome, the lighting the seats, TV and music, food and drinks. Oh and I love their high chairs just need to clean them up a bit and sanitize them after each customer.

I only came back to Zaxbys again because my neice is a Asst GM for a chain in Kentucky and said I should go back. She was wrong!!!!!
Food was eh. Customer service was terrible. Wanted boneless wings and things and when I asked about the rest of meal, the young girl said oh I only rung you up for boneless wings. Offered to charge me more and get me the tenders. I declined. Then on a refill of soda, the kid employees goofing off replacing the sweet ice tea, left ice and tea all over floor and counter, tried to push me out of way as I was cleaning their mess off my cup.
Second time ever at any Zaxbys and both was here. First time food made me sick, years later and tonight Crappy Service.
